Hi everyone! We are Ray Yi Cao and Kevin Wang from the Applied Learning Global Development Studies (AL GDS) class.

In our project for AL GDS, we focused on improving the education of children and adults in our local Jinqiao community.

On the weekend of April 8-9, my teammates, Iris Lee and Annie Lim, and I went to the World Scholar’s Cup Shanghai regional round. 

Effort, Trust, and Care.” The three words that were constantly repeated to us before meets, in the beginning of each practice, and imprinted on everyone's uniforms. As we stepped foot on the TAS campus, the feeling of unfamiliarity intimidated us. 

On Saturday morning, as the school began bustling with the arrival of everyone through the Huangyang gate, both delegates and admins were ready to showcase what they had been preparing for months, or days if they were procrastinators. 

It has been an unforgettable journey. 4 days, 3 nights, 2 partners, 1 team. Looking back, all the nerves, excitement, support, and pride are still alive in my vision of the 2023 APAC Badminton Tournament. 

After a three-year hiatus, the APAC tournament is back, and the Concordia baseball team is ready to dominate. Can they make history and win the tournament for the first time?

The girls’ varsity soccer team had an exciting weekend, winning against SAS Pudong and BISS while valiantly falling short against SAS Puxi. With incredible comebacks and outstanding teamwork, they’re ready for the upcoming APAC tournament.
